Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy for Digital Content (Credits)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

However, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have started to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will start executing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired and you have confirmed your knowledge that by agreeing to the start of execution you lose your right of withdrawal.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation regarding this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Note on Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have started to execute the contract (provision of credits) after you have expressly agreed that we will start executing before the withdrawal period has expired and you have confirmed your knowledge that by agreeing to the start of execution you lose your right of withdrawal.

Important Note for the Purchase Process

Please note that when purchasing credits you must give the following consent so that the credits can be made available immediately:

"I expressly agree that you will begin to execute the contract before the cancellation period has expired. I am aware that I lose my right of cancellation when execution begins."
